Jets quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick has apparently left his team this weekend to pursue an advanced business degree at the London School of Economics.

The Harvard graduate has been a professional football player for the past 10 seasons, amassing nearly 20,000 passing yards, 129 touchdowns, and an NFL-record 2,544 corrections of his teammates’ grammar on group text threads.

Fitzpatrick was reportedly asked during his admissions interview if he had any leadership experience, at which point he informed his interviewer that he had spent a decade as a quarterback in the most competitive football league on the planet.

As far as extracurricular activities, Fitzpatrick is reportedly the NFL Players Association’s VP of Beard Care.
