OK, DiamondbacksNation, it’s time for us to speak out against injustice when we see it. The MLB Postseason is rigged: only the teams with the best records are allowed to even participate. How can our beloved Diamondbacks even have a chance at a ring when only the top 33% of teams are even welcome to play for the World Series?
The elites would have you believe it’s our team’s fault just because they lost most of their games. Sorry, last time I checked, teams should be judged on their character, not how many times they can score a run. Our team works hard and plays within the rules: we deserve a World Series championship just like everyone else.
The media plays a huge role in this conspiracy. You’ll notice sports new outlets often refer to the Kansas City Royals as the “2015 World Champions” instead of “winners of a tournament with only ten teams who are hand selected by MLB using their win-loss records.” Pretty sketchy.
The Royals must have pissed someone off over at MLB HQ because you’ll notice they aren’t a part of the playoff clique anymore. Sure Big Baseball covered it up by saying “oh, that team had a .500 season.” Yeah, right.
The twenty teams that didn’t make the playoffs should join forces against #The33Percent and demand access to the playoffs. Then we’ll all be World Series Champions. I think.
