Team USA basketball coach Mike Krzyzewski has invited LeBron James, Kevin Durant and ten other top NBA stars on what he promises will be a “totally fun, August vacation somewhere in the southern hemisphere.”

The move comes a day after James Harden and Russell Westbrook joined a growing list of NBA stars saying they won’t compete in this summer’s Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, due at least in part to fears over the Zika virus. Krzyzewski said his vacation proposal had nothing to do with that, and that he’s been planning this trip for about four years.

“I just want to hang out with 12 of the NBA’s best players in an equatorial, Portuguese-speaking location and if we happen to play some basketball, hey, that’s cool too,” Krzyzewski said. “By the way, if Steph Curry or LaMarcus Aldridge want to join us, they’re welcome.”

Krzyzewski reportedly told invited players that the destination would remain a surprise and that he needs to know their jersey sizes.
