Summer harvest is in full effect in Cleveland, as the Cavaliers have sowed the saliva from Steph Curry’s discarded mouth guard in hopes of growing their own Steph Curry.

LeBron James, Tristan Thompson, and many Cavs teammates took advantage of a sunny morning by gathering in Ben Franklin Community Garden to plant the saliva and learn about the basics of human harvest.

“I’m no scientist,” LeBron James told reporters while clearing weeds and setting down mulch. “But when I saw Steph’s mouth guard hit the floor last night, I just knew this was our best chance to get a sharpshooting point guard of our own.”

Kyrie Irving was not available for comment.
